I have stayed at a few Meritons in Sydney, and this stay was easily the best in terms of service attitudes and standards, room cleanliness, and convenience. A great start to the stay when I was given a complimentary late check-out because my room was not ready at 3 pm. Other Meritons like George Street, Parramatta, Sydney wouldn't care less, and I often waited several hours. The Front Office team was extremely friendly, both at check-in, during the stay, and on check-out. I am very sensitive to smelly and dirty hotel rooms, but the suite I was given was extremely clean. The Meriton North Ryde was directly opposite the shopping centre and a 5-minute walk to the train station, which made it extremely convenient. I loved the stay and will be returning without hesitation. Well done to all the staff I had the pleasure to meet, including an incredibly helpful Chinese Front Office lady, Taylor, and the Duty Manager, Akhilesh, on check-out.

Exceptional service and warm hospitality made my stay at Meriton Suites North Ryde in November truly memorable. The reception staff, especially Priyanka, Paolo, and Lisa, were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The room allocation was excellent and perfectly suited my needs. The hotel manager’s warm welcome on check-in day added a lovely personal touch. The team’s dedication to guest satisfaction exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and delightful stay.

“Early birthday celebration”

My mother and I stayed at the Meriton Suites, North Ryde. We had a friendly welcome. Our room had a balloon, bottle of wine and a birthday card waiting for us. My mother and I stayed at the Meriton Suites, North Ryde. We had a friendly welcome. Our room had a balloon, bottle of wine and a birthday card waiting for us. It was such a lovely detail and I felt truly touched. Our accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. We had the motorway nearby but could not hear any traffic noise. It is ideally located close to Macquarie Centre where we went to have breakfast. The reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. I loved the hot spa and the swimming pool. We found the parking to be very accessible and better than other places we have visited. I would stay there again.

“Another great Meriton experience.”

Because I travel on public transport and a great fan of the Meriton brand I thought I would try out the property at North Ryde. I chose it because it’s close to the Metro, which I need to use to get back to the Central Coast but it’s not the North Ryde exit on the Metro, as one might expect…. ra… more

Because I travel on public transport and a great fan of the Meriton brand I thought I would try out the property at North Ryde. I chose it because it’s close to the Metro, which I need to use to get back to the Central Coast but it’s not the North Ryde exit on the Metro, as one might expect…. rather it’s the Macquarie Uni exit near Macquarie Centre. It had been many, many years since I’ve been in this area and I didn’t recognise it. There is everything you need at the Macquarie shopping Centre and the Meriton North Ryde is located behind it. You can walk there quite easily and it’s a bit of a downhill run probably about 10 to 15 minutes from the Metro. As to be expected when I got to the hotel, the staff were lovely. My room this time was a studio set up but it was absolutely fine and it is familiar to me. There was a balcony which overlooked a kind of canal? They have a pool and a spa here, but I did not avail myself of either. I left the next morning for my return home and it’s a bit of a walk uphill but that is okay. I understand that they have a shuttle bus service which you can pre-book so perhaps I should’ve thought about that prior, rather than dragging my bag up the hill in the heat.
