This hotel is in a great location - close to two light rail stops, nearby is Chinatown with an abundant variety of restaurants and also Darling Harbour with its own atmosphere. Not far is the magnificent children's playground , iMAX theatre, and the lovely Chinese Gardens are just next door. Close to the Entertainment Centre, and Conference Centres .. and there seems there is always something going on at Darling Harbour and has a great atmosphere in the evening. My room was spacious and bed comfortable with a choice of pillows. Dinner at the Pump House next door has easy access via internal door, and buffet breakfast near hotel lobby had good variety. I like how Novotel are doing sustainability well with no plastic liners in bins and separate container for recycling.

Cafes/restaurants on the doorstep with a great funky food court called the exchange literally over the road. Darling harbour and Chinatown just a 5 mins walk. “Centrally located”

Excellent location near light rail and numerous ethnic restaurants. Rooms were well maintained and include amenities. There's a decent breakfast buffet, sadly no cappuccino machine. Singapore Airline crews use this hotel, attesting to its quality. The indoor pool is thoughtfully heated. While the gym has a tread mill there no weight machines.

Overall, our stay was average, with a mix of positives and areas that could be improved. The room was a decent size for this category of hotel and felt comfortable. However, parking was quite difficult, and access by car was not very convenient, which made arrivals and departures more stressful than expected. Despite parking, hotel location is extremely convenient for exploring the city on foot. The bathroom, unfortunately, needed more attention to cleanliness. There were mould stains on the grout, and we also noticed dust accumulated behind the bathroom mirror, which gave the impression that some areas are not regularly cleaned. Breakfast offered the usual selection. Hot milk was not available as a standard option, but staff kindly provided it once we asked. Another small detail was the illuminated clock on the telephone, which lit up the room during the night. We ended up unplugging it just to make the room properly dark so we could sleep.
