This is a very cosy hotel and the hotel staff are really helpful. I have stayed in many hotels across the world and I think they are the most helpful Staff I have ever . The full breakfast is very good and there is good room Service. You have to order it through the TV, scan the QR code then fill in the online form on your smart phone. Hotel managers often get duped into taking on new systems which cause longer man hours and more annoyance to customers than the tried and tested systems which has worked for years. After four failed attempts and I’m an IT expert, I had to get mine done manually in the end by a very helpful staff member because it didn’t work. He had to come to my room twice on the second time to take a photo of my order and then enter manually on his system.It would probably be more efficient to go back to the previous way when you had a menu in each room and people could just order over the phone, The view from the hotel window was a wall, the beds were excellent and the bathroom well organised with a good shower, two bath robes and hooks for wash bags The room had a small fridge, with just enough room for two bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee, provided free. There was only one sachet of hot chocolate which meant if you both wanted hot chocolate one had to go without. I know hotels have to balance provision against theft by some hotel Guest thieves, it would’ve been nice to have had hot chocolate for two in a twin bedroom. A room had air-conditioning and heating, which was very efficient and worked well. Our room was very near the lift, which was convenient. The staff were very good at ordering Taxis if we needed them and we could walk about half a mile to the city centre although it is hilly. Although it didn’t matter about our Room having no View because we were out most of the time, the Storage for hanging clothes was really very limited and a bit of a fire risk because it’s right next to where the kettle and the coffee machine are. Improvements could include a much better bedside table for each person. We were in a twin bedded room which only had one bedside table which had no drawers at the front. Drawers beside the bed are very useful for toiletries, notes, books, socks etc Although there was a useful adapter plug to accommodate non-Australian plugs, it didn’t include one for toothbrush chargers. Replacing the bedside tables with ones with drawers would be a great enhancement of these Rooms. Overall, this Hotel was very friendly and efficiently run and I would definitely return here.

I really enjoyed my recent stray and found my 4th Floor room to be both comfortable and convenient. I could avail myself of the Gymnasium facility on the 2nd Floor and thereby blow off a few cobwebs. I really enjoyed my recent stray and found my 4th Floor room to be both comfortable and convenient. I could avail myself of the Gymnasium facility on the 2nd Floor and thereby blow off a few cobwebs. The bedding was of ahigh standard with very crisp sheets and bed linen in general. The best feature was the shower which was easy to use and abundantly supplied with hot water.
