“Spacious with great views”

Family of 5 stayed on the 12th floor in a three bedroom apartment. Fully air conditioned with carpet bedrooms and tiled main living areas. Family of 5 stayed on the 12th floor in a three bedroom apartment. Fully air conditioned with carpet bedrooms and tiled main living areas. Excellent sized balcony overlooking the Darwin Harbour and Naval base. Good floor security with lift pass and access to 2 undercover secure car parks. Only downside was working out where to checkin (different hotel on adjacent Mitchell street). Wasn’t an issue as we had a car but would be a major concern if dropped off in a taxi with luggage. Our dishwasher didn’t work & leaked over the floor but from looking at the reviews it may be a common issue with the units. Staff advised they they would sent maintenance man asap but no one turned up. We needed new batteries in the air conditioning and tv remotes and this was actioned by staff quickly. Great central location within a 5-10 minute walking distance to the CBD mall. Pool & a well equipped gym are located on the 3rd floor.

“Amazing accommodation and very comfrotable - and amazing customer service by Johann”

After a arduous trip around NT, it was wonderful to have a few nights at the C2 with the family. We had issues with the dishwasher and were unable to use it. After a arduous trip around NT, it was wonderful to have a few nights at the C2 with the family. We had issues with the dishwasher and were unable to use it. We were initially offered to move to a smaller apartment. However, we had already unpacked and also preferred the larger room which we had. In response, the Maintenance Manager Johann, also offered to personally assist each day with any washing. I was very impressed by his commitment to customer service and thinking outside of the box to get things done. And he did attend each day and assist with the dishes to relieve us of the burden. He was friendly, understanding and a fantastic representative of the company. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on level 12. It was massive! The bedrooms were large, large dining table, 3 sofas, office area, separate laundry, large balcony. There were 2 full bathrooms including large baths and 1 extra toilet. We were so comfortable and had so much space. There were only 3 of us, but the apartment would easily accomodate 3 couples quite happily. There is free car parking with a specific parking bay allocated to each apartment. We had 2 car parks which I assume was because it was a 3 bedroom place. This was good as the car parks are a bit on the small side, so we parked across both spaces. They are serviced apartments but are not serviced daily, which suited us perfectly. The cleaners came by on the 3rd day but we were at home and didn’t need much so just grabbed some extra towels from them. Several power points weren’t working when we arrived but this was fixed within a day. The pool is smallish but really nice and not busy. I mostly had the pool to myself in the afternoons. Check in and check out are at a different hotel - this was a bit inconvenient. It was ok on our arrival as we had a car, but on checking out at 5:30am with a plane to catch and no car it was a bit more of a hassle. Just something to keep in mind when booking to stay here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

“Comfortable and accessible ”

Stayed for a week at this location. Views were great, Darwin cbd easily accessible and quite comfortable. Reasonably well appointed and clean however was a little tired with stained carpets, damaged plaster and torn upholstery. Not badly priced.
