We stayed in the seaview apartment as a couple and it was absolutely perfect. For those who might complain about the hill to get up (it is quite steep), the views are absolutely worth it from both the room and the stunning infinity pool. We really appreciated the welcome pack and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend the stay as it is so close to airlie beach.

Excellent apartment and very clean and well stocked. 5 external lights were not working but nothing major. Excellent apartment and very clean and well stocked. 5 external lights were not working but nothing major. There is a massive steep hill to the apartment which we were only informed after booking, however a taxi is around $10-15 AUD and will take you to the top (use 13 cabs App). Most hotels and apartment are really not walking distance and as such the taxi firms are capitalising on this but it was 40 degrees so well worth it.

I love this property. I stay here regularly. I struggle to see the value in the Penthouse apartments given that I they are too similar to every other apartment I have stayed in at the property. The only major difference for me is the fact that you could lay in the sun all day and not need to move because of shadows from the roof or room above. The pool is incredible. Spa is available on your balcony from 930am till 900pm. Allow a few hours for it to heat up. Staff are great. There are no words that could describe the view and do it justice. It’s just so beautiful. The rooms are always clean. The blinds on the spa bath gazebo kept opening and closing with the wind but that is such a minor thing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in your room. Rooms are easy to access including upstairs rooms. I won’t stay anywhere else unless Pinnacles has no availability. Book direct.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the body wash and body lotion, along with a welcome hamper including milk, water, and crackers on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were great – we particularly enjoyed the gym and pool. The view from the room was lovely and something we made the most of. We’ve rated our stay 4 out of 5 stars as unfortunately the cooker hob was faulty, which meant we weren’t able to cook as much as we had planned to. The kitchen was also missing a few essential items, such as surface spray for wiping down after cooking and a pair of scissors. Overall though, it was a very comfortable stay and we would still recommend.
