The front of house staff, including security were so helpful, friendly and efficient. They should be commended on their work ethic and attention to service. They made a real difference to our stay. “Friendly, welcoming, professional”
An overnight stay, with a young child. As soon as I walked into reception, staff were very accommodating. I didn't get to experience all the hotel's facilities with a short stay but would very much return for any future travels. Good location also.
