“Disappointing for a 5-Star Hyatt – Good Breakfast, but Lacking Service and Condition”

“Not bad but I've had much better”
Room clean but not quiet. Hot water system was pretty dodgy ... icy cold to very hot to tepid. Didn't make for a pleasant hair wash. Despite the sliding doors between the bedroom and the bathroom and the main are and the toilet, you get the feeling that you're sleeping in a bathroom.
