We needed space for 4 people and some room to prepare a couple of meals over our 4 day stay and this fit the bill at a reasonable price. Car parking was included which was good. The furniture is a bit rough around the edges, it could do with a revamp (the screen door was off its tracked, we fixed it for you!) but nothing too bad, room was clean and we appreciated early check in after an early flight. Go out the door, turn left and then right , walk for about 100 m and you are at the ferry terminal for the delightful ride into the city. The pub down the road is good for breakfast or lunch and there's a big shopping centre a couple of minutes drive or about 12 minutes walk just down the road. Only quirk, every time we turned on the air-conditioning, the tv turned on as well -the remote seemed to work both appliances! View over the river was delightful

Overall this property is a good choice, although certain issues are becoming more apparent and will influence my future bookings. I have stayed here numerous times as the location is ideal for my needs and having parking included and apartment facilities is ideal for me. However, I am increasingly finding that maintenance is not kept up and have had faulty air conditioners, very dirty balcony with balcony furniture all piled up instead of usable, and cushions/furniture not cleaned. Add to this, the stay I just had was on level 3 and the noise off Coronation Drive below was unbearable. Definitely book a high floor or on the side away from the major thoroughfare. We have had good help from staff and management along the way, although it's minimum staffing. This stay we locked ourselves out of the apartment, which would not have been necessary if we were issued with 2 keys for the 2 people in the apartment. We had to do remote check in as over the whole Easter break there was no staff rostered on at all and contact wasn't working, and were only provided one key with no option. It's the short cuts that make things difficult. Parking is included which is great and Toowong Village up the road is very useful (supermarkets, dining, and all needs covered). I hope that Inn On The Park will find feedback useful to get things on track that make these things better and not let it get worse, because there are some good upsides to this property.

“Disappointing”

Stayed in unit 310 (one bedroom apt) on 22-24 November. The utensils and crockery were not properly cleaned. Found one pot completely unwashed in the kitchen cabinet. Stayed in unit 310 (one bedroom apt) on 22-24 November. The utensils and crockery were not properly cleaned. Found one pot completely unwashed in the kitchen cabinet. The frying pan coating was all scratched out and definitely not safe to use. The toilet had a faint urine odour. The water pressure was very low making showering difficult. The washing machine did not work as somehow the water inlet was not functioning. It is in a good location, but sadly, the place was not well maintained, be it the kitchen or the furniture. The balcony railing had dripping water as there were 2 draining pipes overhead that dripped/drained water from elsewhere.
