Everything was perfect. Best bed ever, staff lovely. But- had a terrible surprise when checking out with the unexpected costs involved with parking & compulsory valet. “Stayed in better hotels”
Stayed here for 8 nights. Had to large single beds, pillows we found uncomfortable. We had a room with balcony overlooking Southbank with lovely views. Disappointed in small bathroom and poor shower. WiFi was excellent.
