“Aria Apartment stay”
Location good, pool nice. Don’t do a poolside apartment, dark & dreary. Paid more to change apartments, got view but also got cockroaches, major construction site which was very noisy and the garbage bin collection every morning at 5.30 am. Very expensive for what we got, won’t go back.

“Cutting costs seemed more important than happy customers”
Noisy - yes I know it affects everyone around Broadbeach but 6am start seems ridiculous. BYO toilet paper - they left half a roll for 3 of us staying 4 nights . We asked for replacement but told stays after 7 days get more - really?? Short-sited given the number of us staying (20). Lifts were ok … more
