“Hot water”
The hot water system failed 3 out of the 7 nights we stayed. I think it needs a new thermostat Very dated but a good location

“A bit disappointed”
Location was fabulous, across the road from the beach and 5 mins walk to Oasis. Apartment was definitely not ‘luxury’, could do with a deep clean and new furniture, (the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing), couldn’t use the main bathroom shower as u had to climb up a metre and o… more

“The not so let Grande”
Very disappointing. The room we were given 22 was very dated. No lights working in the kitchen area so had to use the torch on my phone to see microwave dials. Despite ringing and asking to be fixed, had to ring again so no kitchen lights for 2 days. TV small. Air-conditioner only in lounge area. R… more
