“good value getaway”

We stayed for 3 nights in March, and overall really enjoyed our stay. The good: spacious apartment, well-equipped, clean, great views of the strip and ocean, close to cafes and restaurants. The pool, spa and common areas were also very good. The bad: external noise was an issue if windows open due to traffic and exhaust fans on neighbouring buildings. For 3 nights the noise was bearable, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. Perhaps on the higher floors it would be less of an issue (we were on floor 21 of 40).

“Good stay with a few issues”

I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 8 nights with ocean view room. The location is fantastic. A short stroll to all the restaurants/cafes and an 8 minute walk to the beach. I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 8 nights with ocean view room. The location is fantastic. A short stroll to all the restaurants/cafes and an 8 minute walk to the beach. The tram is also across the road which is convenient. The apartment itself had a fantastic view of the beach and the balcony was also large. The layout of the apartment was good. The kitchen/lounge area was spacious. The main bedroom was large and included a long walkway to bathroom with ample storage area for clothing. The 2nd bedroom was a little tight and could have been a bit bigger in size. The kitchen had most utensils with pots and pans to use. In terms of general upkeep we did have a few issues. The shower in main bedroom had drainage issues which caused water to seep out of bathroom area and onto the tiles. We wanted to use the mop found in the cupboard to clean up but the sponge was not attached therefore unable to use. The 2nd bathroom had a small window for air flow as it did not have a bathroom fan. The problem with the window was it was adjacent to balconies on other side of building. Therefore they are able to see you shower. This is an issue and it made me uncomfortable. We were entitled to a mid clean but were not notified by email/text which would have been good to be given the heads up. The conditioner bottle attached to wall was empty on arrival and also not refilled in mid clean. The swimming pool/spa area was fantastic. They were both large in size and plenty of seating area which was inviting. Overall a good stay with issues needing to be rectified.

“Run down”

Disappointed! The place has deteriorated
