We selected this place as it was part of a package, was centrally located and featured a seating area and cooking facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the accommodation and the service. The property is an older property but has been undergoing upgrades. The accommodation we had had been freshly painted. There was a washing machine & dryer, a fridge, induction stove top and microwave. There was also a balcony and access to a salt- water pool and barbecue area. Its location is also ideal as it is across the road from a Woolworth, 2 blocks back from the esplanade, one block from the night market, 2 blocks from Rusty's market. Also, there are many eateries and activities within a 10 minute walk. Can be a bit noisy especially on a weekend. Might also depend on the time of year I.e. school holidays. Recommended for everyone!

Very central location for Esplanade , bus central, bars and restaurants literally across the rd Woolworths supermarket brilliant for Inn cairns boutique apartments as the kitchen area was well equipped for self catering, the apartments were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I felt the bathroom needed an update but was spacious with washing machine and dryer. The pool area had a BBQ area with fridge very useable The staff were very friendly.. check in after hrs left a bit to be desired for overseas clients without WiFi as no one responded to the bell fortunately an Australian lady who knew the routine was checking in Our apt was on the rear of the building and weekends was very noisy with the nightclub until 4am Overall a pleasant experience

For some reason, I have not been able to leave a review via Bookings.com, and I have written to the hotel, but have had no reply either from them or Bookings. Not impressed or surprised. Fairly good location, over the road from Woolworths supermarket, booked only for cooking facilities, and a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Stayed 3 nights. The apartment was spacious and did the job. Also close to the wharf, restaurants and esplanade. We arrived at 6 am, and the gentleman woke up and let us in, but didn't do much else as we had to press the intercom and a lady answered (manager perhaps), and advised that our key was in the safe and gave us the code. Albeit she had to ring us as the intercom was breaking up and hard to understand. Check out was a box where you dropped your keys in but we had to find this ourselves. For what we paid you could do better. We were on the 5th floor, it was noisy at night as sounds travelled from the adjoining street where the backpackers hotel is, and people shouting etc. The unit was ok, not particularly clean, the mould on the tiles and grout on the floor tiles needed a good bleach, the rooftop gardens were disgusting and dirty, mouldy, outdoor carpet, could do with a real upgrade both inside and out. The pool needs painting. Be prepared for the noise from the birds in the trees out on the road, they are pretty loud at sunset and sunrise and if a disturbance occurs in the middle of the night. Probably wouldn't stay here again as there are better options available. The lift broke down and was not fixed for the few days that we were there, unacceptable. At this point in time, I would rate this hotel as a 2-star, definitely not a 4-star; it may have been once.
