“Pleasant experience”
For location, the hotel is very good, close by to the main promenade and marina for day trips into the barrier reef. The rooms were also large, comfortable, modern and clean. “Comfortable but very tired”
Although clean and comfortable, this hotel is tired and needs a complete upgrade. The service is friendly but only mid level efficient. The food and beverage offering is also 3 star. In short, this is not a premium hotel

“Nice hotel but "classic" rooms are very old”
A lot to like - friendly staff, great location, lovely views from the higher rooms, recently renovated tropical pool deck, grand lobby. Classic room is outdated although spacious and clean. “Not worth the money”
Seafood buffet a total disappointment!! Was always the place to go for a great seafood experience. Seafood still Ok but not great, as for all other dishes well they are just OK. For the price it is not worth the value, it used to be 10star now struggles to be a 3star. Sorry but true.
