“Very clean and friendly staff”
The hotel is very clean, with spacious, well-kept rooms. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was traveling alone, and every morning they made me feel completely at ease. The location is excellent, and I have no complaints at all

“Week in Cairns catching up with friends/ 1 with CANCER 🥺”
The room was very tired. Carpet needs replacing, room & hallways. Needs painting & cracks fixed. TV needs replacing about 32” Didn’t always get coffee pods Room didn’t get cleaned one day as we returned before it was done. One day we said don’t bother.
