“Perfect position on waterfront”

Very comfortable and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect walking distance access to waterfront, boats, esplanade restaurants, Cairns Dome and reef terminal. Only spent one night, as went on a boat, but would certainly use again.

We have stayed here several times and like it better than the two nearby Pullmans. We often get a room with balcony facing the Trinity inlet. The studios are better than the hotel rooms as they give us more room to stretch. The studio has full size washing machine, fridge and kitchen. The hotel is just bordering the sea and there are few nice restaurants along the boardwalk. The location is perfect. The rooms have been always clean and we use the secure undercover car park all the time. The esplanade is very close.

“No good if you need parking”

Stayed for 4 nights. The unit was average but good size. Carpet was grubby and the veranda was dirty. The view from the 4th floor was ok but it was behind restaurants etc so was noisy late in the evening and early in the morning. Stayed for 4 nights. The unit was average but good size. Carpet was grubby and the veranda was dirty. The view from the 4th floor was ok but it was behind restaurants etc so was noisy late in the evening and early in the morning. Biggest issue was no parking.. we knew there was no onsite parking but was told plenty of free street parking, this is very wrong. No free street parking other than about 10 spots 2 blocks away and the car still had to be moved after 3 hours, anywhere near the unit was paid $2.20 ph from 8 to 6pm Bonus was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront.

Great location we stayed here for 9 nights and found the room comfortable for a family of 4 A couple of frustrating and small issues that spoiled the experience. The air conditioner was on a timer for only 4 hours and had to be reset. Waking Up at 2 or 3 am in a sweat having to get up and reset the air/con in the living area every night was by far the most annoying part of our stay. The shower door didn’t close fully and without close attention to shower head position would result in water all over the bathroom floor. We found the location and outlook 5 star. Beds and everything else clean and comfortable. Good size fridge and all you need in the kitchen. The room was not serviced so we had to wash towels and clean ourselves.
