“Great except for resident body corporate snitch”
Great except for resident body corporate nazi who watches everything you do from his first floor balcony while he smokes. He has no life and is the resident snitch

“It’s outdated but who cares. Great view walking distance to beach.”
After reading most reviews of this place being terrible,dirty, outdated etc etc we still decided to take our chances. Price was reasonable to us so we booked the 1 night. We got room 404 sea view. “Winter Break”
The location to Surfers is perfect, great views however the building and the apartment which we stayed in has seen better days. It is very tired and not what I would say very appealing.
