We have just returned from a stay at Artique and had the best time there. The location is excellent, the facilities are very good. We loved using the gym and sauna etc. Pool was very good and was in the sun alot of the time so water warm. The appartment was beautiful and very clean. The staff there were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. If I had to be extra picky I would say the sofa is begining to get a bit tired at appartment we stayed in due to wear and tear and an oven crock pot to make curries etc, that is oven proof, would be an added bonus but this is really just constructive feedback. Would def stay again....hopefully next year.

Stay here regularly and has always been great! This time disappointing in several aspects; Unit not as clean as it needs to be Very basic kitchen provisions- no containers to cook or heat food in microwave. Vacuum didn't suck at all Only 1 small TV 1 outdoor table but 2 balconies Steam room not working Good aspects Nice views from 20th floor, close to beach, shops and tram in easy walking distance. Think the unit we were allocated is in need of an upgrade for the price.

“Was nice place”

Went here with my daughter and her friend for her birthday . The falicilites the kids and i liked . Was lovely view and close to lot of attractions . Two issues found tv and phone and lights dusty and one of the doors were hard to lock . Did ask for late checkout couldnt do it

I stayed at this resort for 17 consecutive nights. If I were going to rate the Artique purely on it's general customer service, then I would currently rate it very high as a destination point. However a couple of aspects mainly regarding the general operations of it's facilities and housekeeping let us down considerably on this occasion. The Artique building exterior is beautifully presented and looks very welcoming. The moment I walked inside towards reception it felt very welcoming with a beautifully presented foyer. The pool, BBQ and spa areas were impressive but the outdoor pool area offers very little sunshine throughout the day to lay out in the sun.. mainly due to the surrounding high rise buildings creating most of the shade. Management and reception will tell you that the outdoor pool is heated to approximately 26 degrees and the spa is heated to approximately 30 degrees in accordance to regulations. However, contrary to what I was told, we found the pool to be constantly cold and the spa just bordering on being warm for our entire stay. I was also informed by several of the permanent residents who reside within the Artique resort that this has been a common theme and it has been addressed on several occasions over a period time to body corporate management. I even observed this issue noted on some of the previous reviews regarding this property. I did enjoy using the steam room and sauna. I would also like to point out that housekeeping were not entirely up to standards regarding the two mid stay services we were given for our 17 nights. All bedsheets and towels were changed within the apartment... however the kitchen and bathroom bench tops were not cleaned or touched at all as it was stated in print on the reminder notice we were given prior to each housekeeping service. I was told by reception that the newly contracted housekeeping company were spoken to about this matter after my first room service. However the bench tops were still not done again upon completion of our second housekeeping service a week later... even though this had previously been addressed to the housekeeping superiors. I understand that showers are not cleaned until you checkout like most resorts in the Gold Coast. But housekeeping did not meet their obligations to clean all bench tops. This was an inconvenience as I had several family members and friends staying with me on two different occasions throughout my 17 night stay. Other than that, there were several other minor things that needed to be addressed regarding our apartment. The reception staff were exceptional and prompt with their response to address these other minor inconveniences. Our 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment located east side on the 28th floor (unit 2804) offered spectacular views of the city skyline mostly overlooking Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. However, contrary to what was advertised on the Artique website, the ocean views were mostly obstructed by the many buildings that now surround the Artique resort. You now only get ocean views in small pockets. This is partly due to several newly constructed high rise buildings that have recently been erected along the beachfront. I felt that the higher priced "Two Bedroom Ocean View apartments" that is advertised was slightly misleading as it now only offers partial views of the ocean. In conclusion, our experience at the Artique resort was generally enjoyable and very welcoming. The room rates are much more competitive than most resorts in the Surfers Paradise area. I would personally recommend this resort for shorter stays only. The front reception team were very accomodating. Rachel at reception is the most loveliest and accomodating staff member I have ever come across and dealt with in my many years of venturing to the Gold Coast. Rachel is an immense asset to the industry and to her employers. A team member who demonstrates exceptional care and devotion to her work. Thank you Rachel for your outstanding service.
