“Tired but represents value for budget conscious traveller”
The location of this hotel is brilliant just a short walk (maybe three blocks) to the beach and a couple more to the Surfers Paradise strip. “Dated but convenient”
The hotel is close to the tram and a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and ammenities were tired and dated, but overall a reasonable stay for a more budget friendly place

Price and location is brilliant. The concept of the room is great, with dining, lounge, self-contained kitchen. But it is dated. Don't expect much. The splash back needed wiping down from someone's coffee splashes. Need to improve the coffee and milk options. The kitchen drawers were all scratched… more
