“Two nights in Surfer's Paradise”
Very nice property, however staffing was poor and you had to flag down a service person for everything from coffee in the morning to drinks at the pool.

“Excellent Location, Excellent brand”
Great hotel, Beautiful room, nice quiet and clean beach location. Delicious food served in the onsite restaurants and with room service. The bar is beautiful, the service is excellent, drinks came out fast and the food was delicious!

“Luxury room. Slow service”
Amazing view and room. Unfortunately the service is slow. Pool area in particular, but also room service takes about an hour each time.
