“Business trip.”
Very friendly and helpful staff checking in, good location to shops and services. Rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep.

“Christmas break”
We were in Mackay to visit family and found the Oaks to be very well located, close to the major Caneland shopping centre. Easy and inexpensive secure off street parking is available. The staff were fantastic and helped us with all our inquiries. Can't fault the experience.

“Nice place to stay, but pricey”
The room was really nice with a great view. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable enough. The aircon though rattled all night and kept me awake. We ordered breakfast to our room, but when it arrived it was missing bacon that we ordered and looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen, did… more
