“Christmas break”
We were in Mackay to visit family and found the Oaks to be very well located, close to the major Caneland shopping centre. Easy and inexpensive secure off street parking is available. The staff were fantastic and helped us with all our inquiries. Can't fault the experience.

Breakfast was not good food was sitting to long before being served to us eggs rubbery and bacon was average no flavour serving size excellent staff ok not awesome though at breakfast

“Business stay repeat visit”
One bedroom. Parking onsite. Good facilities with restaurant on site. High level of cleanliness. Wifi good speed. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

“Don't tell anyone”
Not sure if I want to write a great review - because then people will stay here and it will be booked out. This is the best property in Mackay - it is always consistent in cleanliness and comfort and the restaurant serves reasonable food. Staff are always efficient and helpful.
