“Quality Building”
We stayed here with 5 children. It was excellent and I would stay again. The managers are very helpful. It is right on Tedder Ave which is very boutique. The location is close to the Seaworld too. We also stayed at Seaworld and Mermaid Beach and this exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location off Gold Coast highway. Next to Tedder where there are boutiques and restaurants galore. Allocated car parking spaces. Reception was very helpful, accommodated our early check in. “great location”
This place was great. Facllities are good. The place is well maintained. Its in a great location to the restaurants, surf & yaght clubs. Not far from the beach & some nice cafe's. Everything within walking distance. Lovely views also.

“Very nice venue - but not this specific unit”
When we stayed in Ocean Sands resort 7 years ago we had a beautiful 2/3 bedroom apartment with a nice balcony to sit on. This time the unit was n ice - but on the 7th floor still a bit noisy, and no balcony to sit on with more than 2 persons (:()
