Very good accommodation as always, although the living room furniture needed a bit of tlc. Also, the carpet was quite stained at the entrance to the main bedroom. The elevator was out of action for maintenance during our stay. Not a major problem per se, but we would have liked to have been informed prior to our arrival so that we could have carried out pre-arrival case load adjustment instead of having to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with very heavy cases. After emailing the management, they did then provide a porter for the penthouse residents (if required) for the rest of our stay. Our 14th visit and we enjoyed our time there - as always. However, we missed having one of the building managers to chat with at the beginning and end of our visit. We didn't particularly like the new (to us) impersonal external key collection system - especially as there was someone in the office when we arrived. Much improved internet speed now for any essential business comms.

Have put off rating this apt as do not like writing negative reviews & it definitely was not all bad . Arrived 20 mins before office due to close but they were shut . We had received notification the day before that we were to be in a different apt due to a flood in one we were allocated - absolutely fine - that could not be helped . However , when we went to have a shower in early evening we had no towels - had to dry ourselves on bath mats - not great when have travelled for over 16 hrs & were v tired & hot - not young either ! Phoned the after hrs number & explained only to be told they would bring them at 8:30 next morning -( which they did ) - but what could you say without sounding difficult that you really wanted them that night ?! - it was mid evening so not that late .- - also for our 2 nights in that unit we had 1/4 roll of toilet paper . The other main issue in Apt 1 was the curtains - all off the track & inside curtain partially on inside track & vice versa - impossible to close - we were unable to stand on chairs to fix as my husband has had a stroke & I had just had major surgery so not allowed to stretch or lift , so consequently we got woken very early with sun streaming in . The staff did try to fix with a little success the next day after being informed but certainly still not perfect - why were they like that to start with if unit had been checked over . We eventually ( after another wee delay ) got moved to apt 3 which actually was better except for some issues with cleanliness- we ate out but would not have used the oven & the shower needed a bit of attention as well - a light not going either in bathroom .Will attach photo of oven door but not shower , although I do have one . Having said this the staff were pleasant , the location great - view a bit obstructed by a tree but if on balcony we did have one . So really a few mixed feelings re our stay here ..
