Once again we loved our two week stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped and set in a delightful, quiet tropical garden. The close proximity to Noosa Junction was a bonus and easy access to buses made the wider area available for exploration for those without a car. We look forward to returning next year.

Serenity Apartments – Noosa Heads, Queensland Our stay at Serenity Apartments, Noosa Heads, was very pleasant, enjoyable, and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, supportive, and helpful, creating a positive first impression that continued throughout our stay. Accommodation and Comfort The apartments are spacious and well-appointed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Each room has air conditioning, a full laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen suitable for extended stays. The balcony is a good size, providing a peaceful outlook over a formal open area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We would rate this property 8/10 overall for comfort, facilities, and location. Accessibility and Mobility Considerations The only drawback we encountered was the limited accessibility for guests with mobility issues. Access from the secure carpark to the lift area requires opening and holding a heavy door that tends to close quickly, while stepping up from the carpark level to the lift pathway involves a 190–200 mm step. Once past this, there are three steps leading to the lifts. Navigating this with luggage was awkward and not particularly easy. To improve accessibility, installing a secondary step and a handrail or safety rail would be a significant advantage, particularly for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. Similarly, the pool and spa facilities, designed in an older era, lack ramp access or dedicated features for people with disabilities. Location and Overall Experience Serenity Lodge is well located, only three minutes from the main street of Noosa Heads and about five minutes from Hastings Street, Noosa and the beach. This makes it ideal for guests seeking convenience without the hustle of the town centre. Despite minor access concerns, our overall experience was relaxing, peaceful, and thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely return to Serenity Apartments and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay close to everything Noosa has to offer.
