My husband and I stayed here for 10 days, 10th-20th October. We couldn't fault this comfortable and convenient complex which is extremely well looked-after by the courteous and friendly caretaker couple Eric and Nikki. Nothing was too much trouble to this lovely pair! Erik welcomed us and offered to take our luggage up to our first-floor appartment. On being asked where me might go for a nice lunch, produced a voucher for a generous reduction at a near-by restaurant. The apartment itself had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and a home-from-home base for the first leg of our 6-week Australian adventure. We cooked a couple of nights and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts on our balcony overlooking the pool and complex entrance. We got a friendly wave from Eric as he watered the plants, cleaned the pool and headed with his staff to clean the pristine stairwells and public areas. Our apartment had a thorough clean with change of linens and towels mid-way through our stay. The wi-fi and air con were great and we did appreciate those lovely pillows. Eric and Nikki's office is conveniently situated by the entrance and leaflets on the amenities and attractions of Gold Coast are neatly displayed inside and out. The location is fantastic - right by the beach (hence the name!!!), and close to shops and restaurants. They also have secure underground parking - what's not to love??? Huge thanks to Eric & Nikki for their helpful and warm hospitality. I highly recommend!!

I recently stayed here for four days & three nights. The rooms facilities were excellent, very clean and fresh. All the appliances were clean and in great working order. There was a lot of construction outside my window – (The light Rail project). I closed off the windows doors & curtains, set the air conditioner and enjoyed the quiet. The manager (Eric) was a great fellow – Truly affable. I’ll be staying there agin. Noel O - Kuluin

“Great trip”

Great 3 days at Burleigh on the beach. Lovely apartment clean good appliances close to the beach. Eric and Nikki are great hosts with nothing too much trouble. The pillows were that good we bought a couple. Great value and good accomodation and people .

I cannot believe we stayed 12 nights here at this (3 Star) accommodation complex. It was probably 8 too many. I am sure it will suit some as there are positives. I cannot believe we stayed 12 nights here at this (3 Star) accommodation complex. It was probably 8 too many. I am sure it will suit some as there are positives. The complex itself is well positioned for beach access and there is a bus stop just around the corner for easy access to Burleigh. As bus fares are currently at 50c, it is cheap travel. The complex is well cared for outside, being clean and tidy with the garden areas and pool looking good. The design lends itself to noise echoing around when some ignorant people are loud on their patio area. Some units face the main highway, which I suggest you avoid where possible. Noise between floors and through walls was considerable at times. Again caused by ignorant people not considering other guests. As for the accommodation itself, I can only comment on unit 19 as all units are privately owned and will vary in quality. There had been some effort to freshen up an old unit with repainting and carpets but it was a dark hole. We had to turn the lights on many times during the day. The bathroom was something out of the 80s at best and needs upgrading. Crockery, cutlery and glassware looked lke it came from the Op Shop. We bought a set of nice wine glasses from Big W for $7 at Stocklands if you have the need. When we arrived, there was a tea towel but nothing at all to was dishes with, not even a dishcloth. Sadly the dishwasher was broken, which meant we had to do all the dishes, not something you want to do on holiday. Management arranged for stuff to do dishes and contacted a technician but it was peak holiday time, so he wasnt available. Not managements fault as we dont think any other guests had told them it was broken. In summary, it was not value for money. We will not be staying here again.
