“Okay BUT....”
Poor sound insulation.High pitch squeal from people showering next door and from the birds at 5am. Super expensive pub prices for meals and drinks. Outside looks like dump even though the rooms have been nicely refurbished.

“Kondari Resort”
Stay here now while away on work trips . The rooms have been refurbed and very nicely done. The pub on site has also had a revamp. Food is good, can be noisy, views over the lake. Inside and outside dining.

“Pleasant stay.”
Quiet, clean, well located. Easy walk to the coastline and botanic gardens. Good basic amenities, Wi-Fi. Bottle shop and bistro next door
