We have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last year, the last 2 stays were in the last few weeks as we came to visit for the Fringe festival (with a brief excursion to the Adelaide hills in between). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is probably my favourite central city hotel that I have ever stayed at. Location- perfectly positioned to walk everywhere you need in the city, with the central food market just a stones throw away. Despite its central location, we have found it to be quiet (both inside and out) and have always got great sleep here. The hotel feels safe and relaxing. We didn’t use the breakfast option as we love the food market nearby. There are also supermarkets within a quick walk. The bar area is beautiful and a great place to have a drink. The hotel can be at capacity and you just wouldn’t know. The hotel- its modern, clean and well designed. There is an abundance of lighting options in the rooms that mean the switches can take a little time to decipher but it’s nice to have a good range available. The housekeeping is impeccable- always to the same high standard and it is spotless. In room facilities are also great with a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, good range of hot beverages. Glass jug to access filtered water from the dispenser on each floor. The toiletries are also a high standard and there is a decent hair dryer (which is so uncommon). Comfy bed, nice pillows, good natural light in the rooms we used. The staff- every single one has been professional and friendly, they also cannot do enough to ensure you have a great stay and will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. There was a slight glitch with our booking for our second stay, but this was sorted within minutes, despite the hotel being bursting with the people. It was handled brilliantly with such professionalism. The staff really are the stars of this hotel. Overall- would recommend this as the place to stay for anyone coming to central Adelaide. I wish more hotels were like this one!

“5 days stay at the palace❤️”

We stayed here from the 2nd to 7th of February. Hmmmmm what can say, I called it a palace cos it felt that way. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. From the time we walked in, till I reluctantly had to go back home(lol) it was really refreshing. The hospitality here, I lack words. I didn’t mention in my previous reviews I was still struggling with a serious case of jet lag. That was though, tried all my formulas to over come it, it just wasn’t working so getting out of bed for breakfast was a battle. That wasn’t a problem here once my husband made it known to the breakfast team. They kicked into helping with that. I would like to appreciate a lovely staff in your establishment who went out of their way to help. Firstly Mr Namit who i had the pleasure to meet just once throughout my stay, but felt him every morning. He was there to make sure we were taken care of us. From making sure my husband had his spicy noodles à la carte and other meals too every morning. To making sure I had break fast brought to me by my husband. Everything done to specifics. He is an exceptional man and have to let your establish know. Thank you Mr Namit we miss your well detailed spicy meals. Secondly I would also like to mention Thisuri she is also a staff in your establishment that made staying and looking forward to breakfast. She’s a bubbly lovely individual she always made sure I got what I wanted too, especially my green juice. That too is a must have. They should be recommended for the efforts they put into making our stay pleasant. I look forward to meeting both of you again! To the entire Team that made us have a lovely stay. I say a big thank you. Enjoy the rest of the year. When in Adelaide this is where you should stay it was Outstanding!!

“Modern hotel in Adelaide CBD”

New hotel with excellent guest room product and a very attentive staff. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and a tasty breakfast spread. M Club is spacious with nice offerings.

As the sole Marriott property in Adelaide, there are no alternative options within the brand. The hotel maintains a clean and comfortable environment, and the staff are attentive and fulfill their responsibilities effectively. However, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice regarding limited staffed services during the festive season, as the Club only operated with staff present during cocktail hour from 5pm to 7pm. While Club staff member Samantha performed her duties efficiently, a more personable approach would have enhanced the guest experience, as friendliness appeared limited over the course of our five-night stay.
