My stay did not start well, I notified the hotel I would be arriving around 11.30 pm, I did receive and email from the hotel confirming this, on arrival at the hotel the doors were locked (as per there policy) but reception was not manned, after spending quite a few minutes ringing the bell to no avail I went to another hotel which is owned by the same group, there receptionist was very helpful and contacted the reception via mobile to let me in, this whole process took around 20 mins which was very frustrating. that is the negative out the way with, the hotel is in a great location for both the CBD and easy access to get out of the city, there is plenty of car parking and at $15 per day offers great value, the rooms are large, modern and well furnished, all rooms have a balcony, that said none of the rooms have any furniture on them so you cant really use them, I had breakfast and an evening meal, both were great quality and the staff super helpful and friendly, the hotel has a nice size swimming pool and a large seating area. overall a very good hotel and I would definitely stay again

Very pleasant, well located on the edge of the CBD. Has a strong mid-century, pool-resort feel to it…bright, airy, fresh. Rooms very decent size, minimally but well finished. Very pleasant, well located on the edge of the CBD. Has a strong mid-century, pool-resort feel to it…bright, airy, fresh. Rooms very decent size, minimally but well finished. Water pressure and temp great; AC very effective. Couple of issues…balconies had no furniture to sit and take in the view; irritating and loud DJ-curated muzak, from noon poolside, ruined the peace and made conversation difficult.

We expected more from what we were told upon checkin was there most expensive room. The one bed park view apartment.It is on the ground floor close to a busy road the park is across the road. Yes it had a balcony but no furniture to sit on. The bedroom had a nice bed large and comfy but was totally bricked in apart from a very small window that did not open it was therefore very dark .The kitchenette was not one! good size fridge freezer,microwave,sink,coffee machine and jug. No toaster,no plates,we arrived to 3 knives and a fork,glasses and two small tea cups.So no way to eat or use the microwave either. Nothing to wash or dry dishes?We expressed our dissapointment on first day, largely ignored and we almost left right then. The last night of 3 a manager came to look and finally agreed the room was not correctly appointed and apologised We were given plates and some cutlery from the restaurant still not a full stocked kitchenette as advertised though?The pool area was nice but very busy as it was hot and holiday time. It was packed one afternoon barely room to swim. We then learned that the sister hotel motel guests (with more family accomodation)were using the pool also. We would not reccomend this hotel .

The breakfast was never great, but now the experience has been cheapened more. Last time a barista coffee or tea was included and offered as soon as you sit down. The breakfast was never great, but now the experience has been cheapened more. Last time a barista coffee or tea was included and offered as soon as you sit down. Now it's coffee out of a vacuum flask! At least in their other offering next door, The Terrace there was a proper coffee machine that made decent cappuccino, latte or flat white. The hot selection is limited and only one choice of yoghurt. The bacon ran out and wasn't replaced. Love the hotel, parking, location, pool etc but come on guys - stop penny pinching the breakfast - it shows!
