“Awesome location”
Nice location , always good to come at plaza pier and stay and surprised to see that silicon and grout done on bathrooms,thank you for making our stay memorable

“Poor accountability for poor service”
We arrived with washing to do and found the washing machine out of order. Online stated an extra bed was $20 per night and we ended up being charged $65. Room service was supposed to be included, we went out all day to return and find the bed unmade and nothing restocked. When I called admin they s… more

“View was not as advisertised.”
We were advised we would have a beachfront view. However our room was recessed and thus our view of the beach was approximately 70 degrees, not 180 degrees.
