“Exceptional Customer Service”
Stayed at this hotel for a 2 Night staycation and on 1st night had a thunderstorm which wiped out the lifts. My wife is in a wheelchair and has limited mobility lucky we where on the 1st floor. Between the staff at the Terrace (Neil,Shiraz?and Sam the GM ) they arranged for us to move to their sist… more

“Great holiday in Adelaide”
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room , great view over park, close to tram stop, a little away from city Center but a 5 min tram to Center , breakfast good

“Quiet location. Friendly staff.”
Very happy staying here. The hotel was quiet which was great for sleeping and reception staff were friendly and helpful. I like the location being only about 10 minutes walk to a supermarket so we could have a reasonably inexpensive stay.
