“A Pleasant Surprise”
Unexpected gem in the heart of Burnie. The room we were in was big enough to house 10 people. King size, comfortable bed, great ambience and just a general superior quality room. The room was so big it had two tv's on either end! Would highly recommend.

“Greatest place to stay”
This has been the best one we have stayed in so far on our trip around Tasmania by far beautiful room the best staff great location the restaurant down stairs was the yummy food super friendly staff as was in the ikon

“Huge room”
We stayed 1 night whilst travelling around Tassie for 3 weeks. It was public holiday Monday, day before Melbourne cup day & not a lot open, shops or eateries. “Stay here only in winter, spring or autumn”
Funky old hotel. Huge room. It was a suite. No air conditioning if you're there in summer. No elevator, so prepare an overnight bag before you head from the parking lot to the room. One opening window, and no screen. No restaurant any more, although eateries are close by.
