“Not bad for the price. Great location”
Great location, very steep driveway and stairs to most rooms. We had two rooms both overlooking the park. Both were clean. Room 13 had a good shower but water flooded the bathroom every time I used it, not a little, A LOT. You could see where it had soaked into the carpet as there is no drain. I ha… more

“Suitable, Comfy”

“A great place to stay in Launceston”
Great location opposite City Park. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were most friendly and helpful. A microwave was provided on request. The verandah outside our room provided a good view of the city, which would be nice in better weather.
