“5 star in the heart of the city”
This is a true 5 star hotel. Service from both the staff at front desk and housekeeping is exceptional. The room we had was a luxe king in the 25th floor and was gorgeous. “Good four star hotel”
Our first room was a shocker. Nothing had been replenished by way of amenities or slippers and there was a big black hair sitting on top of the white towels. The room felt unclean.
