“Yucky bulk shampoo and conditioner bottles”
This is a lovely, five star experience. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved the pillow menu. My only negative is this cheeky move to have big bottles of shampoo’s and cleansers for ‘environmental reasons’. It’s simply a cost saving idea and undignified for a quality hotel. … more

“Sense of luxury”
Wonderful with beautiful rooms, excellent amenities, and comfortable experience with views of city. Service could always be improved to better match the hotel’s luxury standard, such as reducing wait times at the front reception.
