Had 3 rooms for the Oasis concert weekend. Check in was simple and the staff were very lovely when I had dramas with the machine to help check in. My room was very close to the lift but it wasnt noisy. The rooms are quite small which is okay as i was literally just sleeping in it as we were out all the time. My Accor Gold was honoured and my niece loved it as I let her have the upgraded room for her very first hotel stay. Rooms and amenities were good, clean rooms, good showers! Location is perfect, right on the edge of Chinatown and good shopping areas. We had breakfast which was good value for a very cheap price. Definitely would stay again, especially after our flights home were cancelled on the morning and we were able to easily get a late check out for one room

I stayed in a standard queen room. As an Accor member I got a pretty good rate. Secure Car parking is about 10 minutes away and is a reasonable $24 per night. The hotel is in Chinatown area. I stayed in a standard queen room. As an Accor member I got a pretty good rate. Secure Car parking is about 10 minutes away and is a reasonable $24 per night. The hotel is in Chinatown area. The room was satisfactory but very dark and gloomy. I requested a room with natural light so instead they gave me a very dark room facing a warehouse wall, even with all the lights on it was still dark and gloomy. The staff were friendly.

Bizarre hotel that felt more like a hostel than a mecure hotel. The resturant was only open for breakfast. When I checked in I was advised room only cleaned every 3 days. I did ask what do you mean? Bizarre hotel that felt more like a hostel than a mecure hotel. The resturant was only open for breakfast. When I checked in I was advised room only cleaned every 3 days. I did ask what do you mean? Why? Was advised Hotel policy. I didn't feel this information was clear when I booked. Ive never stayed in a hotel that didnt service rooms daily (noting these are small hotel rooms, not apartments). Was told if I wanted clean towel, I could ask at reception, but reception is always queued and hectic. On the day proceeding my 3rd night, room was meant to be cleaned. I was out of room from 9.40am to 2.40pm and returned to room still not serviced. I called reception to follow up, as my bin was over flowing and I had left the dirty towels on the floor of the tiny bathroom, super frustrating. Room was cleaned while i was out for dinner, however, no clean sheets, dirty glasses were not washed. It was just empty bin, swap towels and make the bed. I asked where I could use my accor member drink vouchers, I was directed to the Pullman next door as the mecure does not have a bar ir any ining facilitues outside of breakfast. The Blossom bar appeared to be the only bar/restaurant at the Pullman and I was able to get a table, but it was fairly full. I was given a room on the 12th floor at the Mecure, and was grateful is was fairly quiet, other than hallway noise from other guests. Room was OK, needs a paint and could do with a good clean. Lots of dirty marks on walls and doors, carpet very dust around edges and behind the door. No where to plug the kettle in unless you sit it on the floor next to cabinet where it is located. Or reach down behind fridge on other side of the room to plug it in. Bathroom is tiny, shower no more than 60cm wide, no shower caps provided.. Corridor near my room was very narrow, two guests could not pass each other. Really felt like I was staying in an Ibis budget. Would not rush back.
