The lovely Maria was kind enough to check us in early as we had disembarked a cruise ship. We had four nights at this wonderful hotel. Christmas Eve to the Sunday after Christmas. Firstly, the staff were fantastic. Enthusiastic to help. The cleaners for our room did an excellent job too. We love staying at this hotel as it has easy access to Southern Cross and tram routes. Also has a decent pool and spa. Rooms excellent as always and staff are all lovely.
