“Smiles all around”
I stayed 3 days over Easter weekend and not only did I find the hotel comfortable and clean, but the staff were attentive. No matter who you encountered or where, you were met with a smile and feel welcomed. Certainly will stay again

Centrally located hotel at the corner of Swanston and Collins st the Novotel is close to food and shopping. Access from a tiny entrance the lobby is on Level 3.
