“What's not to like!”
Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. This is our go-to accommodation when staying in Melbourne, and has been for a number of years. Proximity to tram and train makes this a great option for meeting up with friends and rellies.

“Great location, clean and comfortable room”
Stayed at this motel for two nights in late January 2024. The host was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean. Comfortable beds. Good location. So close to the tram, and train station. Reasonable price. Would be happy to stay there again.
