“Family Function”
Very clean rooms with exceptional service and value for money. easy walking distance to the location of the reasons why we booked. Definitely will be booking again and for longer

“Uncomfortable furniture”
The room was clean and efficient, but the two lounge sofas need some attention. Very uncomfortable to sit on, you just sink back and down on the sofas. The mattrass too was uncomfortable. Spent my two days sitting on the wooden kitchen chairs. This made my stay most uncomfortable.

“Disappointed”
Sanctuary Lakes is nice environment, but facilities are worn, slow / difficult to connect to wifi - and was woken up twice by cleaner on first morning in apartment trying to do an exit clean. Need to be better organized...
