“A wonderful hidden gem”
This hotel is a true hidden gem. Modern, clean, large beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast with excellent barista coffee, staff eager to please, tram stop across the road. We were very impressed.

“Great location”
Great location with easy access to public transport. Very close to the zoo & a short tram ride into the city hub. Comfortable rooms of a good size. The Farmacy had great coffee & good food.

“No adequate bar or food at this so-called hotel”
This ‘hotel’ did not provide any room service food options after 8pm and closed the bar on weekends! These are two key functions you expect of a supposed high end hotel.
