“Excellent Warrnambool accommodation”
The location is good, just off the highway, behind KFC. Traffic noise was not an issue, though. The room was clean and the bathroom large with a massive shower, great water pressure, and plenty of bench space for toiletries for two people. “Central location”
Elm Tree motel is in a convenient location to the centre of town. We were able to walk to Mandala 134 Thai restaurant which was recommended by Mitch, the very pleasant owner! Our room was clean & comfortable!

“Clean and quiet in Warrnambool”
Welcoming staff and although small a comfortable room. Excellent shower which soothes weary travellers. Highly recommended
