“Highly recommended”
The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and fresh every morning, the staff is polite and helpful - we enjoyed a lot our stay while visiting Klagenfurt. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

“English speaking channels take behind to Arabic”
Very friendly welcoming staff - and we even checked in an hour or so before. Only thing I did not like and will never stay here again is that instead of any English speaking channels- there wet three if not lorn Arabic-speaking channels. Especially when a moslem Just knifed d 3 folks in Britain..

“Good & clean room and helpful staff 👏🏻”
Great location just a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone. Nice and helpful staff. We got everything we've requested. The room was big enough for two. Bathroom was okay. Wheelchair accessibility was okay, too.

The location, service and breakfast do not save the hotel. It's located in a no fuzz building on third floor It's basic, very basic.
