“Not quite the night I had in mind ”
We got locked out of our room on the first night, after going out for dinner. As the reception shuts at 8pm, we rung the emergency number on the card, which went to voice mail. We left two messages, to date no one has returned our call, and so we slept on the sofas in the reception! No apology, and… more
