“Fantastic location, good price.”
This old hotel is located on the central marketplace, near Donau river and right onder the famous abbey . The somewhat outdated interior does not bother us. The decent breakfast is included. No egg today.

“Nice convenient little Hotel”
Great location for a quick stay. The Hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Located directly under the Abbey the Hotel is easy to find. If you drive the parking is located directly behind the Hotel for a small fee. All in all this is a good place… more

“Noisiest hotel ever!”
The Hotel Stadt Melk is basically a high end hostel. The price was good, everything was clean and well maintained but it was the noisiest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed on four continents. “Too expensive for its value”
Located at the very busy market place. Our rooms had a nice balcony. Rooms not top but OK. Entrance and carparking (with possibility of a shed for bikes) at the back. Restaurant and bar are not used . Building is labyrinth . Breakfast is OK . Too expensive for its value
