Small, friendly place with family-like feeling. Excellent location outside the city with easy connection, both: with car or bus. Helpful staff. Good restaurant with a wide variety of food and drinks. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well equipped. A place to stay.

The hotel is on the main bus route into town. The Salzburg card gets you on all the busses and into all the museums and up to the castle. So no need for ubers or taxis. We used this hotel as a base while exploring Salzburg. The hotel was very clean and a very short walk from a bus stop.
