“A Pretty Hotel Conveniently Located”
I was with a group for solo travellers. The hotel was a short distance from the Old Town, which is where vacationers usually want to go. The room was lovely, very clean, service was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable room with an excellent shower. Easy walk from train station and into old city. Our room was nice & quiet overlooking a small park. “Mercure hotel in Salzburg.”
The Mercure was very conveniently located, about 15 minutes walk from the old town. The rooms had every thing that one needs. Breakfast was expensive and only a buffet was available. There was no a la carter menu so you coulden't havf say, just a poached egg on toast r
