“The bathroom is weird”

The toilet is in one room and the shower and the sink are in a completely different room so you have to wash your hands in a separate place from where you use the toilet. There is NO outlet in the bathroom that has the sink and mirror so it is very hard to use hairstyling tools. Hated the bathroom.… more

The toilet is in one room and the shower and the sink are in a completely different room so you have to wash your hands in a separate place from where you use the toilet. There is NO outlet in the bathroom that has the sink and mirror so it is very hard to use hairstyling tools. Hated the bathroom. The air-conditioning was fantastic, although still a little humid when it was nice and cold. There is NO mini fridge in the room.

“A pleasant, quiet base for a city break”

I liked the location of this modern hotel, just outside the old town but only about 15-20 minutes walk into the heart of it. So nice and quiet plus parking if you need it, and with the added bonus of a large outside area. The exterior looks like student accommodation but don't let that put you off!… more

I liked the location of this modern hotel, just outside the old town but only about 15-20 minutes walk into the heart of it. So nice and quiet plus parking if you need it, and with the added bonus of a large outside area. The exterior looks like student accommodation but don't let that put you off! The hotel didn't appear to serve dinners other than room service. There are a couple of restaurants very nearby but you're much better off eating in town. The self-service breakfast is good and saves having to stop for lunch. My room was small but that didn't really bother me. There is secure bike storage in the undercroft.

Just finished a 3 night stay here’s Jufa Hotel. Very nice and well appointed rooms. Good size. With separate toilet and shower room. Body wash Inc. Room had double bed with small desk and wardrobe. Just finished a 3 night stay here’s Jufa Hotel. Very nice and well appointed rooms. Good size. With separate toilet and shower room. Body wash Inc. Room had double bed with small desk and wardrobe. Bottle of water, tea and coffee provided. The bed had 2 single duvets which was a bit strange. I thought! Air con works fine, even with the window open. Good black out curtains. My door lock was a bit temperamental and sometime took ages to open from the outside to get in. The hotel is about 15/20 mins walk from the city centre but loads to look at on the way and plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The hotel provided us with travel passes for our stay which we only found out about on the second day as they hadn’t told us!! Make sure they take the correct email address otherwise they won’t send them to you!! We thought we’d booked breakfast but apparently there was some confusion with our booking!!! We didn’t pay extra for breakfast as it was expensive and there are a couple of cafe and supermarkets very close by to get items from if you wanted. All in all a good hotel close to the city and reasonably priced.

The hotel as a whole was OK. Staff were fine, was kind of surprised when there was no one on their patio, they had to ask the restaurant (which was empty) whether it was alright if we sat and drink our beer, which we had purchased at a local shop on the patio?! The hotel as a whole was OK. Staff were fine, was kind of surprised when there was no one on their patio, they had to ask the restaurant (which was empty) whether it was alright if we sat and drink our beer, which we had purchased at a local shop on the patio?! Also, under the bed had not been vacuumed for sometime, judging on the stuff that was under there, and there was a long black hair in the shower basin when we got into our room.
