“Exceptional hotel”
Had a 3 night stay at Mountain Louis; arrived at 8am to be told our room was already available to check in and we also got a free upgrade to a medium appartment. Facilities are brilliant, we used the spa everyday. So much variety for Breakfast. The staff were accommodating and nothing was too much … more

“Winter break”
You will find all you need for an amazing vacation stay! Awasome outdoor pool, cosy spa, great food. Ski room is very well located. I was very happy with underground parking.

More attention from the staff is needed. Only one girl was willing to provide towels, which were not replaced the next day. It is impossible to catch anyone at the reception in the evening, where a sign proudly says “Call only in case of emergency.” This is not a 4-star hotel. We spent every other… more
