Our fourth visit to this outstanding hotel, and it always lives up to expectation. It continues to maintain extremely high standards, and it is such a pleasure to stay there. The staff are all, without exception, superb – helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. Quick to anticipate what we might need. It was so lovely returning and being welcomed back so warmly. This is part of what makes this hotel so special. Rooms are great: spacious, comfortable and very clean with lovely views. We always have a Junior Suite. Plenty of space in the elegant bar, lounge and outside areas to relax at any time of day. The food is amazing; dinners were even better than last year and we enjoyed the new breakfast options as well. Wonderful selection of wines and cocktails offered. The area is delightful with easy access to several cable cars using the Joker Card. Fabulous walks and superb views abound! Thank you, Valsaa AlpinResort, for making our fourth stay so enjoyable.

“Alpine perfect”

What a brilliant hotel. Despite arriving late, we were given a warm welcome and served a beautiful dinner… that set the tone. What a brilliant hotel. Despite arriving late, we were given a warm welcome and served a beautiful dinner… that set the tone. Amazing food - a set menu (with options) allowed us to try loads of local gourmet style food in the evenings… the almost all day lunch options were outstanding too - although the huge salad bar usually fuelled us up (after a tasty breakfast). The hotel itself was stylish but chilled. Loads of different areas to relax - when not swimming in the full 25 meter pool (one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place)!! We had a big balcony overlooking the valley and the room was plenty spacious (even when sharing with our 17 yo son). The bar staff (like all others) were super friendly and generous on the servings… Beyond the hotel, The Joker card that we got on check-in was soo handy. It meant that we could use the cable cars for free - and we were up the mountains regularly. Sometimes to walk, sometimes just for the view!! The joker card also gave free bus travel up the valley (to himtrglem and beyond to the Tree-top trail, or to Zell am Zee down the road for time on the lake… Pretty perfect. From heat wave to dramatic thunder storms: from pool to mountains; and from fancy foods to simple ice creams… our week in Saalbach was brilliant. The Alpinresort and spa is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed at The room was stunning, clean, comfortable with a lovely whirlpool bath and the most amazing views. The maid did an amazing job of maintaining the room to a very high standard each day. We were in the annexe across from the main building and were in a junior suite. All of the staff were a credit to the hotel, all were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, always friendly and seemed to get pleasure from helping you. Too many to thank individually but a huge thank you to everyone. The restaurant was just fabulous, the food was simply the best we have had in a hotel, especially amazing as the hotel was all inclusive. The dining experience was incredible. The icing on the cake was our waiter(Charlie) he was an absolute joy very knowledgeable about the food and wine and so friendly. I know I said no individual naming but Charlie was exceptional, sorry not to name others but please be assured you were all wonderful. The spa was an added bonus, we loved visiting after a days walking and the infusion sessions were especially enjoyable again a big well done to the spa staff. The location was first class, close to the cable cars(free of charge with the included joker card) which enabled easy access the the mountains and trails for some wonderful walking. We will be returning next year and are currently looking at booking once we can firm up availability. Once again a huge thank you to all the staff, keep up the amazing high standards you provided for us, can’t wait to return.

We have enjoyed an outstanding two weeks at Alpinresort. The hotel itself is excellent with great facilities suiting a summer holiday. The staff are really friendly as is the owner who is clearly very hands on. The food is consistently of a really high quality and miles ahead of what you would expect for an all inclusive offering. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon.
