I stayed in room 204 with a friend recently. The hotel was perfectly comfortable and well located for our walking trip, with easy access to cable cars and bus routes. The room was large enough for us (we are both quite tall) and the beds were long enough for us to both stretch out. The showers were small, but very controllable in terms of temperature. The staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and were friendly, helpful, cheerful and polite, and had great senses of humour. The cooked meals provided were also excellent, the quality putting most places I can think of in the shade. We would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. It is a pity the place is being refurbished soon and this great team being spilt up to go their separate ways. A big thanks and good luck to Sam (the manager, perhaps the most enthusiastic person I have ever met), Megan, Tom, Rina, Yasmin, Oliver, Jillian, Tasha, Luke , Billy and Michael. You made our stay one to remember.

“Great Location, Great place”

Went Jan. 22. Right by the Reiterkogelbahn, and not very far from skirent. Arrived by plane late in the evening and everything just went smoothly. Went Jan. 22. Right by the Reiterkogelbahn, and not very far from skirent. Arrived by plane late in the evening and everything just went smoothly. Staff was very friendly, and interested in what you've been up to. Food was decent, and a very great morning buffet. I got one of the older rooms, but didn't really mind, other than I could've used a tv. Due to Covid, there was no afterskiing, but a group of people certainly made their own at the hotel. The walls where a bit thin at those times, but staff did at least try to manage the noises when it became a bit too much. :) Flash forward a year. Jan. 2023 I booked the flight and transfer via the company that is a part of the Skinetworks that owns the hotel (Since they unfortunately were out of rooms). My own hotel did not have a safe place to store my luggage after check-out, but staff where so very kind to let me store my luggage at their place while I was skiing. Would love to come back again.

“Pleasant hotel, great service”

We too stayed in room 203 - which is a little tired in decor and upkeep but perfectly adequate for a chalet hotel and has a nice view from the balcony. We too stayed in room 203 - which is a little tired in decor and upkeep but perfectly adequate for a chalet hotel and has a nice view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is great, in the town centre a two minute walk from a lift. The walks in the are are, of course, remarkable. We travelled with Inghams and were generally delighted with the service provided, the extras on offer such as the Joker card and the great food and wine. Also a very sociable holiday. Thanks to everyone for such a pleasant trip.
