Fabulous Hotel, the family are all over this place making you feel super welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The food is exceptional, cooked eggs & bacon every morning as well as continental options and cereals, 4 course dinner every night and a well stocked bar. The village is quiet and the Hotel just on the outskirts a mere 5 mins to the centre and the much used Bus Stop. Guest card included meant you could explore the entire Kaiser Wilder region easily without additional costs, busses are frequent and punctual not to mention clean and driven by lovely staff. Take recommendations from the family/staff they know everything you need to know and can recommend /suggest to suit your interests/needs. Thanks Steve, Rosie and the family not to forget Maria & Barbora. Even when leaving they all came to see us off on our return journey. We had Room 204, fab views a bit hot in summer it was 30 degrees + but open the balcony door and the side window for some through breeze or take a small plug in fan -- no big drama on that score. The natural pool was fresh/cool but an absolute godsend with the hot weather, the deck with around 12 sunbeds was a quiet calm oasis where you can easily watch the paragliders cross overhead - superb space to chill out. Can't say much more except THANKS SO MUCH to everyone we had an amazing week and hope to return again.

“Pleasant stay in the Austrian Tyrol”

This was a pleasant place to stay. We had a family room (number 1) in the annexe. The beds were comfortable although the room was a bit hot (designed to be a hotel in a ski resort with thick curtains, warm carpet etc). The food was cooked to order in the evenings and was really nice. The dining arrangements were slightly odd in that we had to sit with another group but they tolerated us gracefully! The outdoor pool was nice with towels provided. One of the owners is English and was very informative about the local area. His wife is Austrian and a good cook! The only negative was that our room was right by the road and the sitting area on a driveway. However, I could see that the hotel had much nicer rooms available with a view. We booked 2 days before we went so would have been given what was left so we weren't surprised we didn't have the best room. The hotel is walking distance from the centre of Soll. The Hexenwasser chair lift area was amazing. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for the local area so we utilised this and went to a lovely swimming lake called Hinterseinersee (spelling?). There is also a swimming lake much closer to the hotel. We got a bus to Kufstein which was very pretty and had direct rail route to Innsbruck which we also explored. This was good value for the money and I would go back.

Spent 7 nights at the Gansleit early march. Our first room located in the annexe, which was booked through crystal ski wasn't suitable, quite small and in need of some refubishment. We were able to pay for a room upgrade, located in the main building, room 306 which was much more suitable, quite spacious, nice sized shower room with toilet, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, large wall mounted tv, small sofa also a table, great balcony with stunning views. We stayed half board, good breakfast with plenty of choice hot or cold, 4 course evening meal with a choice of three main meals, overall very nice albeit main meals a bit on the small side. with four course's you won't go hungry though... nice bar area open between 4pm and 10pm. short easy walk into soll. overall nice family run hotel.
